Come and experience the practice of Mindful Stitch, where the use of basic embroidery stitches, fabric and colour are used as a tool towards relaxation and centering.

This class  will explore the technique of following the stitch without any predetermined direction or patter n, allowing the mind to empty and release the constant chatter and just be in the moment. This release of control, allowing the stitch and colour to dictate the end result;

This is a simple and healthy creative practice that can be used daily, even for 10 minutes to bring some quiet into your daily life and do something creative. You also get to enjoy making  some
